1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Purple Nimbus Security Academy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is provided for lawful cybersecurity training and educational purposes only. You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that infringes the rights of others.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@thepurplenimbus.com.

4. Organisation Accounts

Organisation administrators are responsible for managing their team members, seat allocations, and ensuring appropriate use of the Service within their organisation. Seat limits are enforced per the subscribed plan.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and platform features are the intellectual property of Purple Nimbus Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Downgrading a plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Nimbus Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
