• Learning activity: course progress, quiz results, certificates earned
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details)

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To track and display your learning progress and certificates
• To enable organisation administrators to monitor team training
• To send transactional emails (course completions, invitations, password resets)
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Your organisation administrators — who can view your training completion status
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider
• Stripe — for payment processing
• Resend — for transactional email delivery

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
